The Ingredients and How They Work
There’s a decent amount of ingredients in Juggernaut X, without any hidden in blends – so this gets a thumbs up from us.

As Juggernaut X contains 350mg, you’re in danger of experiencing adverse reactions here – those sensitive to Caffeine should definitely watch out.
So what’s the best dose of Caffeine? You should look for a dose between 150-200mg, to feel the benefits, but avoid any unwanted side effects.

But here’s where the bad news starts. It contains a high dose of Caffeine (over 300mg), which can lead to jitters and energy crashes. The large dose of Beta-Alanine can cause paresthesia, which will ruin your workout in the gym.
